Last time, in August 2009, a new set of pictures showing Hudgens topless emerged on the Internet. Vanessa Hudgens's representatives did not comment, though her lawyers requested the removal of the pictures from the Internet. Then in late 2009, Vanessa Hudgens sued "www.moejackson.com" for posting Hudgens's n*de 'self-portrait photographs' taken on a mobile phone in a private home.

Vanessa Hudgens later commented on the photos' impact on her career in the October 2010 issue of Allure with, "Whenever anybody asks me, would I do nudity in a film, if I say that it's something I'm not comfortable with, they're like, 'Bullshit, you've already done it.' If anything, it makes it more embarrassing, because that was a private thing. It's screwed up that someone screwed me over like that. At least some people are learning from my mistake."

Recently, according to Us Weekly, further pictures were released on the internet March 15, 2011.

Vanessa Hudgens is looking tough in leather duds in the first Sucker Punch poster. The first poster is out and showing off Vanessa Hudgens, along with her co-stars Emily Browning, Abbie Cornish, Jamie Chung and others in black leather, fishnets, and dark make-up.

We've never seen Vanessa in a role like this one - it appears to be tough, but also very sxey at the same time. "Sucker Punch" is described by film-makers as Alice in Wonderland with machine guns. If that's not enough to get you into theaters I don't know what is. The basic plot will center around a young girl in the 1950's who is placed in an institution by her evil stepfather. In an effort to escape her horrific reality, she starts to imagine another life for herself. She then hatches her plan to escape from her imaginary world but first she'll have to steal 5 objects.

Sucker Punch is set for a March 2011 release.

After so many years, Vanessa Hudgens will return to theater productions
wherein she will star in the musical Rent as Mimi. The stage production will run from August 6-8 2010 at the Hollywood Bowl.

Her involvment in the production drew negative comments, but director Neil Patrick Harris defended his decision with casting Hudgens by saying, “Vanessa [Hudgens] is awesome. She’s a friend. I asked her to come in and sing to make sure she had the chops for it. And she was very committed and seemed great.”"

Hudgens will play Mimi, the HIV-positive exotic dancer in the award-winning '90s rock riff on Puccini's "La Boheme."

Together with Beastly co-star, Alex Pettyfer, Hudgens was recognized as ShoWest stars of Tomorrow.

Vanessa Hudgens and Alex Pettyfer of CBS Films' upcoming horror fantasy "Beastly" will be honored as ShoWest 2010's male and female Stars of Tomorrow.

The duo Vanessa Hudgens and Alex Pettyfer 'll be feted at an awards gala set to close the exhibition confab on March 18. ShoWest opens March 15 at the Bally's and Paris hotels in Las Vegas.

ShoWest managing director Robert Sunshine called Hudgens and Pettyfer "outstanding young talents."

Vanessa Hudgens is best known for her recurring role in the "High School Musical" movies. Pettyfer is a London-based actor and model who appeared in the 2005 British miniseries "Tom Brown's Schooldays."

A modern-day take on the "Beauty and the Beast" fable, "Beastly" is set for wide release on July 30.

She has been Seen Crapping Out Her Expensive Audi SUV. TMZ spotted Vanessa Hudgens yesterday as she was crapping out her expensive Audi SUV by getting a flat tire. There’s a also big huge collision dent on the right-front passenger’s side,but it’s unclear how that happened. They say Vanessa Hudgens severely scratched up the front of her very expensive Audi automobile. However,it’s unclear how the damage to the front passenger side of her new Audi occurred.

BTW... in December 2009t Vanessa Hudgens is suing a US website for posting a nade self-portrait of the High School Musical star.

Vanessa Hudgens is taking the owners of www.moejackson.com to court, claiming that the website posted and refused to remove nade 'self-portrait photographs' taken on a mobile phone in a private home.

Vanessa Hudgens Sues Over Nakd Pictures -Is She A Hypocrite?


The lawsuit says that Hudgens didn't know anything about the pictures or how the internet site managed to get them.

'The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens' knowledge or consent,' the lawsuit explains.

However, the nade pictures were registered with the US Copyright Office.

Vanessa Hudgens' lawyers claim that posting the pictures is a copyright violation, but the company that owns the site, Butter Media are prepared to take it to the courts.

Vanessa Hudgens has filed a federal suit, asking for an injunction and ordered the site to take the pictures down. She is also claiming damages.
